The evaluation is designed to assess learner-perceived utility of the session, realism of the scenarios, psychological safety, and a post-then-retrospective-pre* assessment of participants’ confidence identifying and responding to microaggressions. We encourage you to deliver this evaluation each time you run the microaggression simulation workshop, and use the results for iterative changes/improvements to best meet your learners’ evolving needs.
