What is STIM?
Simulation Training to Interrupt Microaggressions (STIM) is a high-fidelity simulation curriculum for pediatrics faculty and residents designed to increase residents’ confidence in intervening on microaggressions they encounter in the clinical environment and increase the frequency with which they choose to intervene.
STIM is complementary to a broader curricular initiative within the Pediatrics Residency program, Education for CHANGE

STIM is made possible through a Macy Catalyst Award for Transformation in Graduate Medical Education from the Josiah Macy Jr. Foundation.
